Excellent! The whole trip was well organised, and the lodges were all according to what was announced. The guide, Mec, was taking care of us during the whole trip. Mec is an excellent driver, has a lot of knowledge about the fauna, and was fun to be with. He went the extra mile to make sure we saw as many animals as possible.
The contact with Marlene Tritschler, the Travel Expert, was easy and straightforward. Marlene responded quickly and to the point to my inquiries. I appreciated the personal contact with Marlene through a short Team meeting. The website of Botswana-Experience is very helpful to understand what to expect when arriving in the country.
Henning, the local agent in Maun, came quickly to the hotel to update us on the late arrival of one participant and to adjust the pick-up time. Marlene had already informed us of this small change ahead of our arrival, and I did not expect to see anyone because of that.
Botswana is expensive, but I feel that the price is fair given the service we have experienced. All lodges were very nice. The food was very good.
Thank you for organizing a really great experience for us. I hope to be back on another occasion.
